I hadn’t planned on working out today, but an invitation from my brother easily convince me. It’s good to have a partner when training. I do admit that my chest and shoulders were tender from yesterdays workout, so I took my time this evening.
Well, I took it as easy as I could with my brother. He does have a knack for squeezing that extra from you. I guess that’s why I accepted his invitation. Feel the burn.
Didn’t have any time for a cardio today but I got in a nice walk on the first sunny day in a week. You know, to top up my vitamin D. 8~)
