It’s been 10 days since I’ve been in the gym and felt most comfortable w/ benching so I just hit a pseudo repeat of the Week 7, workout 3 routine
Bench Press 135×16, 225×8, 315×8
Incline Bench Press 135×10, 225×8
DB Shoulder Press 70×10, 85×9
1 arm DB triceps extensions 40×10
Rope Pressdowns 90×10, 90×10, 90×10
Pulldowns 130×10, 175×10, 205×10
I tossed in the pulldowns since the blood was flowing in the upper extremities anyway
Regarding the Vitamin C experiment we did last week, after taking 1,000 mg of Vit C per day for 8 days (500mg in the a.m. and 500 mg in the p.m.) we learned that every experimental person who took the extra vitamin C ended up excreting at least 1,000 mg or more of vitamin C.
