Just Moving Along

I’m not good at blogging and since I don’t have any set workout or diet I don’t post much but I reached my goal weight or say lost the weight I set to loose and now will continue to keep track daily on what I eat and workout at least 3 days a week.
I do all my workouts at home and am limited to what I can do but I’m going to keep the weight off and eat healthy.
Last month my daughter found some old pictures of me and they were sick to look at, I weighed over 300 and wasn’t really caring at the time how much or what I was eating. I now weigh 160 and thanks to GHF have figured out how to eat good healthy meals through the day and maintain my weight without losing or gaining and feeling good.
