Rope Pressdowns 70×10, 80×10, 80×10
1 arm triceps pressdowns 50×10, 50×10, 50×10
Side DB Laterals 50×10
nice little workout and increased the reps to 12 on bench. My treat for this Halloween was four extra sets for triceps.
