Demo Program Internet & Mail Order: General Information:
• Demo racquets are available to customers in the Continental United States.
• You may demo up to 3 racquets at a time for a 10-day period (starting the day you receive them).
• You pay only shipping:
• 1 Racquet $13.95
• 2 Racquets $18.95
• 3 Racquets $23.95
• Racquets are shipped to you via 2-Day Air and a pre-paid priority mail return label is included with the shipment.
• Returned racquets must be properly packaged and can be given to your postal delivery person, or taken to your local post office.
• There is no late fee; however, if the racquets are more than 7 days late, your credit card will be charged for the current selling price(s). A copy of the charge will be mailed to you.
How to order online:
• From any racquet page, select “Demo Racquet” from the grip size option drop-box. If “Demo Racquet” is not listed in the drop-box, then all demos for that model are being used. Please check back with us in a few days.
• Add the demo to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
• Note: If ordering other items a separate order must be placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
